  • - When do you want to meditate each day?

  • - How long do you want to meditate for each day?

  • - Try to take this challenge one month at a time - make your commitment.

  • - Can’t do every day? Commit to what you can and that’s enough!

Accountability posts

  • - Post a live video in the private group for the duration of your meditation each day of your commitment and be sure to post it to the group after.

    • - It doesn’t have to be filming you directly unless you want it to. This is just a way to keep us accountable for showing up each day

    • - No-go on live videos? No worries! Post a recording or even a picture of anything that represents your meditation each day

    • - Feel free to share any insight or experiences with the group through your captions & comments

  • - We keep this group ongoing but we do offer challenges from time to time. Pop in when you’re ready and experience the power of a supportive and open community.

  • - Kaycie Nikole will be joining you each day! Stay tuned for upcoming monthly challenges!

New to Meditation & want to know where to start?

We offer a 31 day Beginner’s Meditation Course that is 100% self paced & fully online to help jump start your new meditation practice. Led by Kaycie Nikole (ERYT 500 & YACEP)

Great! There’s no need for any prior experience or education. If you already have your own practice or just want to figure it out for yourself, you are more than welcome to do just that! We have the Beginner’s course available for those that want it, but it is not required to participate in our group or online challenges.
