  • For each day, you can do any variation of Headstand, Forearm-stand, Handstand, or any of the less intense inversion postures. This is about getting upside down every day, so show up and make it your own!

Check to see what to post each day

Every day may be a new posture or just a general focus. If it’s a posture, there will be variations given to meet all levels (beginners, intermediate & advanced). If it’s a general focus, just stay on theme and share your take & practice throughout the challenge. All you have to do is post your variation each day and join in on the fun.

How to post

After you record or take a picture of yourself doing the daily posture, you have different options for posting. Be sure to tag us and/or use our hashtag so we can see your participation!

  • Instagram Story (lasts only 24 hours): Be sure to tag us @NewMoonYogaAcademy

  • Instagram Post or Reel (stays on your profile): Be sure to tag or collaborate with us @NewMoonYogaAcademy and/or use the hashtag #PracticeWithNewMoon

  • Facebook Group (public group): You can post or go live directly to the group each day. No need to tag or hashtag if you do this option as we will be notified of your post

Community Accountability

Although this may be just a personal challenge for you, we highly encourage you to engage with and support your fellow community! This is all about practicing with one another from afar. Not only will Kaycie Nikole (@kaycienikole) be joining you each day, but you’ll also have the energy of a vast community which helps with accountability and keeping the energy flowing. You might just make some new friends along the way!
